Chocolate Chip Swirl Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (18-1/4 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. baking cocoa
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 2 tbsp. milk

Directions

  1. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine the cake mix, sugar, eggs, sour cream and oil in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 1 minute; beat on medium for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour ½ batter into a large bowl. Add cocoa and stir until well blended.
  4. Fold chocolate chips into white cake batter.
  5. Spoon chocolate and white cake batters alternately into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool. In a small bowl, combine frosting and milk. Spoon over top of cooled cake.
