Ingredients

  • 1 pkt yellow or possibly white cake mix
  • 2/3 c. applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. chocolate chips, lowfat milk or possibly semi-sweet
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix dry cake mix and applesauce in medium bowl, till crumbly. Press firmly into bottom of sprayed 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. or possibly till light brown. In another medium bowl, mix lowfat milk with oats, cinnamon, chocolate chips and brown sugar to create a crumbly mix. Sprinkle mix proportionately over hot, baked mix. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. or possibly till top is crispy and has begun to brown lightly. Cold. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
