Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
Prep: 30 min Cook: 10 min Servings: 20by Two Southern Girls17 recipes>These bites make the perfect size treats that can be smothered with frosting and sparkly things and look ever so perfect. You almost don't want to eat them, but then I do and ahhh! The Cookie is perfect, but everything is better with frosting, I would probably eat dirt with enough frosting mixed in. Ingredients
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Brown Eggs
- 2 1/4 Cup Cake Flour
- 2 tsp Madagascar Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Cups Chocolate Chips
- Pam Cooking Spray
- Butter Cream Frosting
Directions
- Put Brown Sugar, Sugar and Butter in Mixing bowl.
- The Brown Sugar should be pressed down and packed into the measuring cup. Mix on low speed until creamed together.
- Add Eggs to the Butter Mixture. Mix on low speed until mixed and creamy.
- Add Vanilla, Baking Soda and Salt to the Butter Mixture. Mix on low speed until creamy.
- Add the Flour to the Butter Mixture. When adding the flour add 1 cup at a time and then mix each portion until creamy.
- Add Chocolate Chips To the Cookie Dough.
- I like the larger size that you can buy in bulk from Sprouts or the Chocolate Chunks by Nestle.
- They give the cookie more texture.
- Stir the Chips with a Spatula. Donât use the Mixer, this can chop up the chips.
- Roll the Cookie Dough into Balls and put into a Mini Muffin Pan that has been sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Bake in the Oven at 350 Degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let cool on a cooling rack or aluminum foil.
- The Bites should pop out of the pan with ease if you used the Cooking Spray.
- Put your Butter Cream frosting into a Cake Decorating Bag.
- Use Wilton Decorating Tip #2D to make a large Icing puff on each of the Cookie Bites.
- Put on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
