Ingredients

12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate.heat in dbl. boiler.
5 Tbsp. Butter.
1 1/2 lb Cream cheese at room temp.

3 tsp Vanilla.
4 x Large eggs beaten.
5 Tbsp. Cocoa sifted. Crust I Refer to cheese cake crust.

Directions
