Chocolate Cabernet Sauvignon Fondue

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 8 ounces of small pieces of bittersweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of cabernet sauvignon (optional)
Directions
- Put sugar, heavy cream, chocolate, and butter into a bowl and microwave for about two minutes.
- Remove the bowl from the microwave (careful if it is hot).
- Remove any lumps by stirring the mixture to make sure everything is fully incorporated.
- Add the cabernet sauvignon and stir.
- Place into a fondue pot or fountain.
