Chocolate Butterscotch Peanut Butter Snackin' Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 2/3 c. Brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Chipits butterscotch chips, divided

Directions

  1. Heat 1 c. semi-sweet chips with peanut butter over warm water. Stir in sugar and egg and mix well. Stir in all other ingredients except butterscotch chips. Beat till smooth and creamy, about 2 mins. Stir in 1/2 c. butterscotch chips.
  2. Pour into 9"x9" pan and sprinkle proportionately with remaining chips (chocolate and butterscotch). Bake at 350F for 45-50 mins till tester comes clean.
