Chocolate Bread Pudding (Chocolate Condesned Milk)

Ingredients

  • 4 c. French bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Creamy Chcolate Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 can Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, melted Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place bread cubes and nuts in buttered 9 inch baking dish. In bowl, beat Large eggs and vanilla. Add in chocolate condensed lowfat milk, water and margarine. Mix well. Pour proportionately over bread moistening completely. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot with whipped cream. Chill leftovers.
  2. Serves 6-9.
