  • Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie

    Ingredients

    • 4 sqr baker's semi-sweet chocolate
    • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
    • 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
    • 1 x prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 ounces)
    • 2 med dole bananas sliced
    • 2 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
    • 2 pkt jell-o (4-serving size) vanilla or possibly banana cream flavor instant pudding & pie filling*
    • 1 1/2 c. cold whip topping thawed

    Directions

    1. *Or possibly use Jell-o Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding and Pie Filling and Cold Whip Lite Whipped Topping.
    2. MICROWAVE chocolate, lowfat milk and magarine in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir till chocolate is completely melted. Spread proportionately in crust. Chill 30 min or possibly till chocolate is hard. Arrange banana slices over chocolate.
    3. POUR lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 5 min. Spoon over bananas in crust. Spread with whipped topping.
    4. Chill 4 hrs or possibly till set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
