Ingredients

  • 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg white, beaten frothy
  • 2 c. Chocolate pudding, (lf)
  • 3 x Bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crumbs with sugar and egg whites.
  2. Moisten fingers and press mix into pie pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake for 15 min. Cold. Place banana slices in pie shell, cover with chocolate pudding (separate recipe), refrigerateand serve. Per 4oz or possibly 1/8 piece
