Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Dough Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 frozen pie crust

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then, fold in flour.
  3. Toss chocolate and peanut butter chips in mix.
  4. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes until top of pie is golden brown.
  5. I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same.
