Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly light cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. Freeze-dry chives
  • 1 x Egg slightly beaten

Directions

  1. Combine water, salt, pepper and butter in a deep, 1 1/2-qt heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
  2. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 min or possibly till mix boils.
  3. Add in lowfat milk.
  4. Stir in potato flakes with a fork.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients till well blended.
  6. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min or possibly till heated through.
