Ingredients
1 pkg. Birds Eye Chinese vegetables in a seasoned sauce (frzn)
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp. soy or possibly teriyaki sauce
1 pound lean grnd beef
Directions
In frying pan, brown beef and onion. Add in frzn vegetables and soy sauce. Stir and cover. Simmer for approximately 15 min. Serve over rice.
