Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Birds Eye Chinese vegetables in a seasoned sauce (frzn)
  • 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. soy or possibly teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pound lean grnd beef

Directions

  1. In frying pan, brown beef and onion. Add in frzn vegetables and soy sauce. Stir and cover. Simmer for approximately 15 min. Serve over rice.
