Ingredients
Salad:
1 pound raw spinach (stems removed)
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 pound crisp crumbled bacon
1 red onion, cut in rings
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
4 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Toss together salad ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients together. Serve dressing on the
side.
