Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. steak
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 lg. onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 green onions, diced

Directions

  1. Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick strips. Heat oil. Add in garlic salt, ginger, and pepper. Saute/fry till garlic is golden brown. Add in steak brown lightly 2 min. Remove meat. Add in green peppers, onions. Cook on medium high 4 to 5 min. Return meat to pan. Add in soy sauce, sugar, bouillon, cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water. Simmer about 2 min till sauce thickens. Add in green onions. Serve over warm rice. Enjoy Enjoy.
