Chinese Pepper Steak And Snow Peas
Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, sliced
- Salt, pepper and meat tenderizer
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3 teaspoon flour
- 1 box snow peas
- Onions
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Saute/fry meat with 1 c. soy sauce, add in sugar and flour. Stir-fry frzn snow peas in frying pan or possibly wok in very warm oil till soft. Stir-fry onions in warm oil and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Mix all ingredients in pan or possibly wok and simmer over low heat for 10 min.
