    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp Canola oil
    • 1 tsp Sesame oil
    • 1 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
    • 3 c. Torn romaine lettuce
    • 3 c. Shredded red cabbage
    • 1 c. Liquid removed canned sliced water, chestnuts
    • 8 ounce Cooked skinless boneless, chicken breast, cut
    • 1 ounce Sliced almonds Lemon juice

    Directions

    1. 1. In small bowl, combine vinegar, canola and sesame oil with 1 Tablespoons water; whisk in sesame seeds and ginger; set aside.
    2. 2. Divide lettuce, cabbage and water chestnuts proportionately among 4 plates.
    3. Top each proportionately with chicken; sprinkle proportionately with almonds. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
