Chilled Chick Pea And Avocado Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can Cooked chick peas
- 500 ml Fresh chicken stock, (17 1/2fl ounce)
- 2 x Cloves garlic Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini Grnd cumin
- 250 ml Double cream, (9fl ounce)
- 1 x Ripe avocado
- 2 x Limes Tabasco Warm water Plenty of ice
Directions
- Liquidise first eight ingredients and chill. Liquidise avocado, lime and tabasco, thin down with warm water. Season and serve.
