    You might have relished several various lobster recipes, to say lobster cakes, lobster pies, lobster fries and lobster rolls. Have you ever experienced the lip-smacking relish of lobster soups? White Lobster Chili is a mouth-watering soup with the flavor of chili powder. Far from traditional chili soups, White Lobster Chili comes with the seasoning of fresh chives and crème fraiche.

    Ingredients

    • Lobster Chili
    • Ingredients required
    • · Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
    • · Onion – 1
    • · Chicken lobsters (small) – 2
    • · Stalks celery – 4
    • · Bay leaf – 1
    • · Carrot – 1
    • · Great beans – 2 cups
    • · Garlic – 2 cloves
    • · Chili powder – 2 tablespoons
    • · Toasted cumin (ground) – 1 teaspoon
    • · Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1 tablespoon
    • · Heavy cream – ½ cup
    • · Cracked pepper
    • · Salt

    Directions

    1.
    Slice the carrot, onion and celery into some large pieces.
    2.
    Place the pieces in a stock pot of a large saucepan with bay leaf & peppercorns
    3.
    Add three quarts of water to the pan and put it on heat until the water begins to boil
    4.
    Put the lobsters into a pot and let them boil for fifteen minutes
    Take the lobsters out of the pot and set them aside straining the broth
    Take some olive oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion, carrot, celery and garlic in the oil
    Add water, cumin, white beans and chili powder to the fired mixture and cook it for 45 minutes

    Remove the shells, chop the lobster meat and add it to the soup
    2.
    Season the hot soup with pepper and salt, and finish it with cream
