Ingredients

  • 1 c. Elbow Macaroni -uncooked
  • 2 lb Hamburger
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 clv garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can (16oz) Kidney beans-liquid removed
  • 1 can (28oz) Tomatoes-diced (undrained)
  • 1 can (6oz) Tomato paste
  • 1 can (4oz) Green chilies, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 c. Mexican cheese blend- shredded

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to box. Meanwhile in a large pan cook hamburger, onions and garlic over medium heat (drain). Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, chilies and seasonings. Drain macaroni and add in to beef mix. Put in 9x13 pan coated with Pam. Cover and bake at 375 for 30 min, then uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 8-10 min.
