Chili Con Queso (Cheese Dip)
Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 pound Velveeta processed cheese (Mexican style for a little flavor)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (the kind with chilies)
Directions
- In a large non-stick frying pan, cook sausage loose. Brown and crumble. Remove sausage and drain well. Drain frying pan and wipe to remove all grease. Heat cheese in frying pan. Stir in tomatoes when cheese is melted. Stir in sausage and heat.
