Chili Cheese Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
- 1/4 c. Onion, Finely Minced, 1 sm.
- 1 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Sauce
- 6 x Cheddar Cheese Slices, *
- 2 tsp Green Chiles, Canned,Minced
- 1 dsh Cayenne Red Pepper
Directions
- * Each cheese slice should be 2 X 2-inches.
- Mix all the ingredients together except the cheese slices and chiles. Shape the mix into 12 thin patties, each about 3 1/2-inches in diameter. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 tsp of the chiles on each of 6 patties. Top with the remaining 6 patties sealing the edges firmly. Broil or possibly grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, till the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 min.
