  • Chili Cheese Burgers

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
    • 1/4 c. Onion, Finely Minced, 1 sm.
    • 1 tsp Chili Pwdr
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 3/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Sauce
    • 6 x Cheddar Cheese Slices, *
    • 2 tsp Green Chiles, Canned,Minced
    • 1 dsh Cayenne Red Pepper

    Directions

    1. * Each cheese slice should be 2 X 2-inches.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together except the cheese slices and chiles. Shape the mix into 12 thin patties, each about 3 1/2-inches in diameter. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 tsp of the chiles on each of 6 patties. Top with the remaining 6 patties sealing the edges firmly. Broil or possibly grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, till the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 min.
