- Chicken ( boneless) - 100 gms , onion - 1 medium sized , garlic - 4 to 5 cloves , fresh coriander leaves ( optional ) - 2 tbsps , peppercorns - 5 to 6 , oil - 1 tbsp , cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp , chicken stocks - 4 cups , salt - to taste , cream -1/4 cup
- 1. Clean , wash & cut chicken into half inch sized cubes . Peel , wash & slice onion . Peel & chop garlic . Clean , wash & chop coriander leaves . Crush peppercorns . 2. Put oil , cumin seeds & garlic in a large microwave casserole & cook on microwave high (100 percent ) for one minute . Add hot chicken stock , chicken pieces , crushed peppercorns , salt & cook , covered further on microwave high (100 percent ) for 12 minutes 3. Stir in the cream. Pour into individual cups , garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot .
