Chicken With Lima Beans
Ingredients
- 3 lb Chicken, Whole, No Skin, R-t-c - cut up
- 1 Tbsp. Oil Salt and Pepper to taste
- 10 ounce Lima Beans -- thawed
- 14 ounce Chicken Broth
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
Directions
- Skin the legs and thighs of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Saute/fry in oil. Place in crockpot.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hrs.
