Chicken Tamale Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans tamales
- 2 cans chicken meat
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sm. carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz or possibly 1 can nacho cheese soup
Directions
- Place tamales in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken over the top of the tamales. Combine mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream and layer over chicken. Top with Cheez Whiz or possibly cheese soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly. Makes 12 servings. Can be made in 2 dishes, one to eat and one to freeze.
