Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 10 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 heads broccoli, fresh
- 3 bags carrots, frozen, sliced
- 4 heads cauliflower, fresh
- 5 onions, red or white
- 5 green peppers, sliced
- 1 1/2 gal chicken broth
- 1 box cornstarch
- 2-4 oz garlic
- pepper to taste
- 16 oz soy sauce
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Heat braiser and add oil. Saute chicken breast until it turns white.
- Add vegetables and saute for 5-10 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Dilute cornstarch with water. Thicken product to desired thickness.
