  • Chicken Spaghetti Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Water
    • 1 lrg Onion minced
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 3/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh or possibly
    • 1 tsp Dry oregano
    • 2 tsp Minced fresh or possibly
    • 3/4 tsp Dry basil leaves
    • 1 1/2 tsp Minced fresh or possibly
    • 1/2 tsp Dry marjoram
    • 3/4 tsp Chooped fresh or possibly
    • 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary leaves (if you like)
    • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 x Bay leaf
    • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
    • 1 1/2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken breast
    • 5 c. Warm cooked spaghetti

    Directions

    1. Heat 1 c. water and all ingredients except chicken and spaghetti to boiling in skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken. Cover and simmer 30 min longer, stirring occasionally. Remoce bay leaf. Serve over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like
