Fat free thighs, rosemary. Garlic, s&p. The result will just knock you out, and kids love it too!

    Ingredients

    • packet of 6 chicken thighs, bone in
    • 1-2 packets rosemary
    • garlic, salt, pepper
    • 10" pan

    Directions

    1. skin, cut ALL fat and junk from thighs. rub with garlic. sprinkle lots of rosemary in a dry frying pan then rest thighs on top, salt & pepper. You're done.
    2. Cook uncovered slowly [heat = 4] until brown, turn & place on bed of rosemary. It'll begin to embed in the chicken. [prepare for 45 minutes
    3. cooking time or better.]
    4. You're going to see how juicy they become.
    5. Cut into a big one to check for done-ness. There's really no way to overcook this.
    6. Now for the payoff; collect all the crunchy rosemary from the pan and serve. This can be so good it's scary.
    7. note: If you cook it faster, the rosemary gets ruined. The chicken is still fantastic, though.

I made this recipe. If you want to use rosemary, chop it into small pieces and use about 2-3 Tbls.altogether per turn. If you want the chicken to brown, you will need to add fat (oil or butter) after pouring off the initial moisture that is released. Heat is medium to start and then can be turned to medium low. I love all the ingredients, but this was not ever crunchy as too much water came out of the meat even after reserving the initial liquid.
