Ingredients

  • Cut up chicken
  • 1 jar sauerkraut
  • 1 c. rice (opt.)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Place sauerkraut in 9"x13" pan, sprinkle on rice. Put chicken on top of sauerkraut and rice. Sprinkle on soup mix and water, cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs, uncover the last 15 min.
