Chicken Salsa Cups
- 12 x Won-Ton Wrappers
- 10 ounce Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Thick And Chunky Salsa
- 12 x Springs Cilantro
- Preheat oven to 400. Place won ton wrappers in miniature muffin c. and press the pastry to fit the shape of the c.. Place them in the oven and bake 6 min, or possibly till golden and crisp. Meanwhile, cut chicken into small dice. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add in chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, till it begins to brown, about 5 min. Stir in salsa and cook till heated through, about 1 minute. When pastry c. are done, remove from oven and fill with chicken. Garnish with cilantro.
