  • Chicken Salsa Cups

    Ingredients

    • 12 x Won-Ton Wrappers
    • 10 ounce Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 c. Thick And Chunky Salsa
    • 12 x Springs Cilantro

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400. Place won ton wrappers in miniature muffin c. and press the pastry to fit the shape of the c.. Place them in the oven and bake 6 min, or possibly till golden and crisp. Meanwhile, cut chicken into small dice. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add in chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, till it begins to brown, about 5 min. Stir in salsa and cook till heated through, about 1 minute. When pastry c. are done, remove from oven and fill with chicken. Garnish with cilantro.
