Ingredients
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
10 ounce. cooked mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (3 ounce.) can Durkee French fried onions
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 2 or possibly 3 qt greased casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. For extra taste, cover with grated cheddar cheese.
