Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick Crust

Quick and easy, great to prepare ahead and pop in the oven. Just don't mix crust ingredients until just before cooking. You can also use leftover rotisserie or grilled/baked chicken for this.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can veg-all, drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place chicken in glass casserole dish.
  3. Distribute veg-all over chicken in dish.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and pour over chicken and vegetables.
  5. Mix Bisquick and milk with a whisk until smooth, pour on top of dish.
  6. Melt butter and pour over top of dish.
  7. Bake in oven at 350 for about 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
