Chicken Or Turkey Hash
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary
- 2 c. Cubed cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 2 c. Cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 c. Chicken or possibly turkey gravy, or possibly heavy cream or possibly a mix of both Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced parsley
Directions
- Heat the butter in a large skillet till foaming. Add in the onion and rosemary and cook till the onion is soft. Add in the chicken or possibly turkey and potatoes, stir well, and cook for 3 to 4 min, pressing down with a spatula to create a flat cake. Lower the heat to medium-low and pour in the gravy and/or possibly cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 5 min more. Turn out onto a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
