Chicken Or Shrimp Lasagna Roll Ups
- 6 to 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
- While boiling, mix together: 1 (8 ounce.) low fat cottage cheese or possibly Ricotta cheese 1 tbsp. parsley, minced 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- Dry noodles and lay out flat, spoon mix proportionately over noodles and roll up. Place in 8 inch baking pan and cover with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till done. This is low in fat and calories and only takes 45 min.
