Chicken On The Grill
Ingredients
- 6 x chicken legs (6 to 10)
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp grated lime peel
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl combine ketchup and remaining ingredients. Place chicken on grill over medium coals; cook 30 to 35 min, brushing occasionally with sauce, turning often. Chicken is done when juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
