Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 or possibly 7 ounce.) cans chunk white chicken or possibly 3/4 c. cooked chunk chicken
  • 1/4 c. salsa (mild, med., warm)
  • 4 to 6 ounce. shredded cheese
  • Nacho chips

Directions

  1. Mix chicken and salsa together. Spread a single layer of nacho chips on a 14 to 16 inch oven-proof platter (chips can overlap to cover bottom completely). Spoon chicken mix on top of chips. Add in chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min till cheese is melted. Serve hot.
