    Chicken Meatloaf is a great mouth-watering dish and is a variation of the traditional beef meatloaf. Try this meatloaf recipe with mashed potatoes and steamed green veggies.

    Ingredients

    • 450 gm ground chicken
    • 1 egg whites
    • 1 small chopped onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1/4 teaspoon thymol seeds
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 medium chopped carrot
    • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
    • 1 pinch powdered black pepper

    Directions

    1. Step 1
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degree Celsius for preparing chicken meatloaf.
    3. Step 2
    4. Combine the ground chicken and bread crumbs in a large bowl and keep this aside.

    6. Cut the carrots and onion into chunks and add both of them to a blender.
    7. Step 4
    8. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and process them in the blender, until the carrot is very fine.

    10. Pour this blender mixture over the meat mixture, mix them using your hands.

    12. Shape this mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased pan. Cover it with a foil and bake for an hour.

    14. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-30 minutes, until loaf is nicely cooked. Serve hot, when its done.
