Chicken Marinade And Basting Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fines herbes
- 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 2 tsp flavored salt
- 2 tsp instant chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
Directions
- Mix oil and egg well by shaking in pint or possibly larger jar or possibly by whisking:
- Shake or possibly whisk in the rest of the ingredients.
- Marinate chicken for about an hour before grilling or possibly baking (can use oven at 350F for 1 hour). Sauce can also be used to baste during cooking.
