Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) box macaroni
  • 2 1/2 - 3 pound chicken
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can green peas
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon French dressing
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 head lettuce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 slices of bread

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and place in large casserole dish. Prepare chicken and boil in salted water till done; drain and dice into macaroni. Drain green peas and add in next 5 ingredients to casserole and blend thoroughly. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf with toasted bread. Great the next day.
