Chicken Kabab
Ingredients
- 300 gm Chicken mince Oil Chapati dough made with 200 g flour
- 1 x Egg
- 50 gm Coriander leaves
- 6 x Green chillies
- 3/4 tsp Salt, (4 g)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper pwdr, (2 g)
- 1/2 tsp Amchur pwdr, (2 g)
Directions
- MARINATE the chicken mince with the grnd masala paste for 30 min. Divide the mix into eight portions and roll into flat round kababs. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs briefly for two min on each side and cold.
- Roll out the dough into an oblong shape. Cut into square pcs. Put a kabab over each square, roll the edges, sealing them using egg. Deep fry in warm oil and serve.
- For a variation, substitute the chicken mince with crumbled paneer or possibly grated cheese.
- NOTES : Makes 8 kababs
