  • Chicken Fingers With Dips

    Ingredients

    • 1 whl large chicken
    • 8 slc Bread made into breadcrumbs
    • 15 Tbsp. Flour
    • 3 x Large eggs, beaten Oil for deep frying
    • 8 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Snipped chives
    • 8 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
    • 2 tsp Fresh minced basil

    Directions

    1. Remove the breasts from the chicken and slice into fingers. Prepare the flour on one plate, the beaten egg on another and the breadcrumbs on another.
    2. Put the chicken pcs into the flour and then remove the surplus.
    3. Put into the egg, remove the surplus and finally into the breadcrumbs. Place on a plate till required.
    4. Make your dips by mixing the ingredients together and chill till required.
    5. Heat oil till warm sufficient to deep fry. Deep fry the fingers for about 8-10 min till golden (always make sure the chicken is cooked right through).
    6. Serve with the dips and a side salad.
