    Chicken-Corn Chowder is an easy and quick 20 minute recipe for a hearty Tex-Mex style soup. It is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low carbohydrates, Weight Watchers (4) PointsPlus recipe. Ingredients include: Chicken, corn, Picante sauce, green onion, canned soup, bacon and cheddar cheese with only 5 minutes cooking time.

    Ingredients

    • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed 98%
    • Fat-Free cream of celery soup
    • 1 soup can of milk
    • 1/2 cup picante sauce
    • 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • Shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 tbsp sliced green onions

    Directions

    1. Heat the soup, milk, picante sauce, corn, chicken and bacon in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    2. Sprinkle with the cheese and onion. Drizzle each serving with additional picante sauce.
