Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 x Lemon
- 6 x Fresh basil leaves, minced Salt Pepper
- 2 x Skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine vinegar and lemon juice. Add in basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Add in chicken and let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hrs. Broil chicken, basting with remaining marinade, till cooked. Slice into strips and serve atop salad.
