Ingredients

  • 1 c. Plain non-fat yogurt
  • 5 Tbsp. (packed) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2 inch pcs
  • 2 lrg Red bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2 inch pcs
  • 6 x 10-12 inch long wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 min

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, 3 Tbs feta cheese, garlic, rosemary, and pepper in a large bowl. Add in, chicken; toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature 30 min. Prepare barbeque (Medium high) or possibly preheat broiler. Thread chicken and pepper pcs alternately on skewer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or possibly broil till chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally, about 8 min. Transfer brochettes to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbs feta cheese and serve.
