Chicken & Broccoli Creamy Bread/Toast Spread

Ingredients

  • One 6 ounce can Chunk Chicken in water, drain
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli crowns (cooked)
  • one teaspoon Black Pepper
  • one teaspoon Parsley

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add chunk chicken (break it apart with two forks), add black pepper, parsley, sour cream, mayonnaise and stir well, fold in broccoli chopped crowns.
  2. Slice a loaf of French bread 1/2" thick and toast lightly in a 375 F oven, spread chicken/broccoli spread liberally on each slice and serve.
  3. Refrigerate unused mixture promptly.
  4. Enjoy!
