  • Chicken and Vinigar

    My family loves this. Amount of cicken and vinigar depends on how many your feeding and how tart you like it.

    Ingredients

    • boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
    • 1-3 eggs beaten depends on how much chicken you cook
    • Italian flavor bread crumbs
    • vinigar

    Directions

    1. clean chicken of fat etc.
    2. beat egg in a bowl
    3. dip chicken into egg to coat both sides
    4. sprinkle bread crumbs on a flat plate and lay chicken on it and coat the rest of the chicken with more bread crumbs.
    5. spray pan with cooking spray and lay chicken in it.
    6. i always add water to it to keep it moist.
    7. start baking at 350 degrees for about an hour.
    8. about half way through add white vinigar and just keep adding vinigar and water to keep moist and to your liking of tartness.
    9. when done baking i like to broil it to make it brown and crispy.
