Chicken and Vinigar
My family loves this. Amount of cicken and vinigar depends on how many your feeding and how tart you like it. Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1-3 eggs beaten depends on how much chicken you cook
- Italian flavor bread crumbs
- vinigar
Directions
- clean chicken of fat etc.
- beat egg in a bowl
- dip chicken into egg to coat both sides
- sprinkle bread crumbs on a flat plate and lay chicken on it and coat the rest of the chicken with more bread crumbs.
- spray pan with cooking spray and lay chicken in it.
- i always add water to it to keep it moist.
- start baking at 350 degrees for about an hour.
- about half way through add white vinigar and just keep adding vinigar and water to keep moist and to your liking of tartness.
- when done baking i like to broil it to make it brown and crispy.
