Ingredients

  • 1 x Unbaked 9" pastry shell
  • 1 c. Minced cooked chicken
  • 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn minced Spinach, cooked, well Liquid removed ( 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. Real mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.bake in 375 degree oven 10 min;remove.In large bowl,toss together chicken,cheese,spinach and onion;spoon into pastry shell.In small bowl,stir together Large eggs,real mayonnaise,lowfat milk,basil and pepper till smooth.Pour over chicken mix.Bake in 350 degree oven 40 min or possibly till golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
