Chicken And Spinach Pesto Recipe

Ingredients

10 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn spinach 1/4 c. minced walnuts 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

1 tbsp. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed

Directions

1. Steam spinach till tender, press out liquid. In food processor or possibly blender puree spinach and all other ingredients till well blended.
2. Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated or possibly frzn. Bring to room temperature before tossing with chicken and pasta.
