Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/ 2 inch pcs
  • 1 x -3/ 4 c. (14-1/ 2 ounce can) chicken broth or possibly reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 x -1/ 2 c. (14 ounce jar) spaghetti sauce 1/ 2 teaspoon EACH dry basil and oregano leaves
  • 3 c. (8 ounce) Rotini or possibly Penne Rigate, uncooked 3/ 4 c. Parmesan grated cheese

Directions

  1. In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter; add in chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, till no longer pink, about 3 min. Add in chicken broth, spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat to boiling. Add in uncooked pasta, stirring to coat with liquid. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 15 min, stirring every 2 min or possibly till most liquid isabsorbed. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
