Ingredients

  • 4 c. Chicken, diced, cooked
  • 1 c. Ham, diced
  • 1 c. Mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. Olives, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. Pimentos
  • 1 c. Peas
  • 1 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 3/4 lb Noodles
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in 4 c. of water and add in 2 c. chicken broth. Save liquid. Mix noodles with all remaining ingredients in baking dish and pour reserved liquid overtop. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
