  • Chicken And Biscuit Casserole

    Directions

    1. 1/4 C. butter 1/2 c. minced onion 1/4 c. flour 3/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 c. lowfat milk 3 c. cooked, minced chicken
    2. Heat butter and saute/fry onion till soft. Add in remaining ingredients except the flour. Mix flour with some water to make it paste-like.
    3. Heat ingredients and thicken with flour/water mix. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
    4. Biscuits
    5. 2 c. flour 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. lowfat milk 1 c. cheddar cheese
    6. Mix everything but cheese, roll onto a floured surface. Spread cheese on top. Roll up like a jelly roll. But into 12 slices and put on top of chicken/sauce mix. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min. Can also freeze after baking.
